Abstract
The purpose of CHSC is to improve the health status and health expectations of Iowa children with chronic handicapping or potentially handicapping problems. The CHSC achieves this purpose by promoting appropriate health services to all children with chronic handicapping or potentially handicapping conditions and by providing those services not otherwise available or accessible.
