Abstract

Iowa Culturally-Specific Substance Abuse Treatment Needs Assessment Final Report. This study was conducted in 1993-96 as one of a family of treatment needs assessment studies sponsored by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment and the Iowa Department of Public Health. Iowa is a relatively homogenous state, with less than 4% of its population comprised of racial and ethnic minorities.
