Abstract
Senate Concurrent Resolution 51 of the Sixty-second General Assembly directed that the Legislative Research Committee establish a study committee to conduct "a study to evaluate present and future program, staff, and facility needs of existing board of control institutions serving the mentally ill and mentally retarded."
