Abstract

The Mental illness Funding Formula Study Committee was established during the 1990 interim by the Legislative Council. The Study Committee was charged to study the delivery of services for mental health, mental retardation, and developmental disabilities in communities and community settings and recommend to the General Assembly a funding formula for state participation in providing appropriate services.
