Abstract
This manual is intended to provide Part B providers with a clear understanding of Iowa’s Ryan White Part B Program, standards of service, and requirements expected of all service providers. The policies and standards outlined reflect a minimum standard of care that is essential to meet the needs of people living with HIV (PLHIV). Adherence to these policies and standards ensures quality services that are consistent and that can be evaluated for effectiveness.
