Abstract
These forms, the group working under Title X requested from the department heads a copy of each report which they require the school and county superintendents to submit t to this office. This information was secured on every item on every report in a division it was punched on IBM cards. The attached report was printed from these cards, using the IBM accounting machine to print directly on stencils for the duplicating machine, An explanation of the meaning of each column of this printed report is given at the top of the first page of each division.
