Abstract
This bulletin contains information concerning the issuance and renewal of certificates based upon training authorized under the new certificate law. It does not cover the high school normal training certificates or the uniform ·county certificates on examination. The information concerning these, certificates may be secured from other circulars. This certificate law is based upon a thorough study of Iowa school situations and needs over a period of years.
