Abstract
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors requested help from the Local Government Personnel Service Center of the State of Iowa's Office for Planning and Programming. This help was to be in the form of job descriptions and personnel policies which were to be obtained from a study of Dallas County employees and employment practices.
