Abstract
Th is report promotes the concept of seamless electronic government a responsive, "virtual" government that can be accessed by the citizen in their own homes, from their own communities, at their own convenience. This virtual government also allows a citizen to access intergovernmental and interagency information through one common entrance a common electronic service counter.
