Abstract

Iowa adult population have been conducted for the Council on Human Investment (CHI) through a collaborative effort of state government and the three state public universities of University of Northern Iowa, The University of Iowa and Iowa State University. The CHI is a council composed of private citizens and representatives of both political parties from the Iowa Senate and House of Representatives, chaired by Lieutenant Governor Joy Coming. The CHI works with the Department of Management and all state agencies to promote performance management in state government.
