Abstract

The purpose of this project is to determine the adult adjustment of special education graduates and dropouts (of all disabilities and program models) throughout the state of Iowa. The Iowa Statewide Follow-up Study is a joint effort of the Bureau of Special Education, Iowa Department of Education; the 15 Area Education Agencies in Iowa; Des Moines Public Schools; Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School; and the Division of Curriculum and Instruction7 College of Education, The University of Iowa.
