Abstract
This is one of the last of a series of reports and services provided to the city under a State and Federally assisted planning project identified as "Urban Planning Grant Project, Iowa P-61 ". This report was prepared by consulting city department heads, the mayor, the city planning commission and the planning reports. Although this is one of the last of the reports to be performed under this project, it is sincerely hoped that the City of Algona will continue its fine participation it its planning program. The plans worked out during the past two years should be continually evaluated, and change made accordingly. In this way the plan can always be used as a guide for the development of the city.
