Abstract
The Bureau of Labor and Management is today sponsoring its Ninth Labor-Management Conference. The purpose of these conferences has been to bring together the leaders of labor, government and management to discuss key and topical issues of mutual concern. "The Social and Technological Revolution of the Sixties," focuses on two of the most crucial issues of the day: the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with its ramifications for both labor and management, and automation and 1ts effect on collective barga1ning.
