Abstract
Business, labor, government and community organizations that enter into partnerships with education have the opportunity to shape the future workforce, to reduce costs involved in training for remediation and gain a positive status in the community. Well organized partnerships that benefit both partners produce a synergy that can be the stimulus for innovative strategies for change.
