Abstract
Among the important factors which must be considered in any longtime planning of vocational programs are those which involve population and occupational trends. This bulletin on "Changes in the Occupational Pattern of Iowa," represents the second in a series of studies of the major social and economic factors which affect vocational education and vocational rehabilitation programs in Iowa. The emphasis in this study is placed on (1) the nature and extent of the shift of workers between occupational divisions, and (2) the shift of workers between social-economic levels.
