Abstract
The role and impact of energy policies is of special interest because of the rapid changes unfolding in the electric and gas utility industries. To address these needs, the State of Iowa - in cooperation with the state's utilities -commissioned this study to evaluate the impact of energy efficiency programs and renewable power facilities on the economic competitiveness and economy of Iowa.
