Abstract
The Carrier Competition in Workers' Compensation Insurance Interim Study Committee was established by the Legislative Council with the following charge: "Study the potential impact of the Insurance Commissioner's 'Open Competition' order on insurance rates, availability, and coverage offered in Iowa. Make recommendations on the advisability of implementation of this order."
