Abstract
This report represents a significant statement of the problems faced by the older worker in the areas of employment, retirement, retirement policies, pre-retirement planning, and employment policies which discriminate against the worker on the basis of age. Attention is directed specifically to the recommendations which are made as a result of the total analysis.
