Abstract
Iowa's State Employment Service has found jobs for more than four million persons, averaging about 110,000 a year, 430 each working day and 53 every hour. Services are available to both employers and workers, to professional and non-professional, to rich and poor, and to the disadvantaged, handicapped, school dropout, youth and older worker. To all, services are entirely free.
