Abstract
The Land Use Policy Plan sets forth the assumptions, goals and present conditions of land use in the East Central Area. It is a synthesis of county and cities plans in the area directed at development of a broad based land use strategy. It is the first of a series of basic areawide policy documents designed to deal with the environment, land use, and growth management.
