Abstract
The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission (ITTC) is required by Executive Order #9 to prepare a regulatory plan listing each regulatory action or potential rule currently under active consideration or development that the ITTC reasonably expects to issue in proposed or final form for the coming fiscal year, excluding those rules that do not have a substantial impact on the legal rights, privileges, or duties of persons. A copy of the plan is to be provided to the Administrative Rules Coordinator by August 1st of each year.
