Abstract
The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship commissioned three Iowa Commercial Horticulture Surveys for Food Crops to track the edible horticulture industry in Iowa (1989, 2000, 2015). Data and conclusions are drawn from the 2015 survey, based on responses from 882 horticulture farmers. The 2015 survey data was collected in 2016 and complied and analyzed for release in the spring of 2017.
