Abstract
The Healthy Iowans Partnership is a collaborative group consisting of a steering committee, local organizations and individuals throughout Iowa. This group is coordinated by Iowa Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Division of Public Health. Together, the Partnership works to address the priorities outlined in the state health assessment (SHA) and state health improvement plan (SHIP).
