Abstract
The following vaccines are available through the Iowa Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program. VFC-eligible children birth through 18 years of age must meet one of the following eligibility criteria: Medicaid, uninsured, American Indian/Alaskan Native, or underinsured. Underinsured children (has health insurance but the benefit plan does not include immunizations) are eligible for VFC vaccine at Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Rural Health Centers (RHC), and local public health agencies.
