Abstract
In Spring 2021, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) secured the services of the Center for Social and Behavioral Research (CSBR) at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) to assist in the revision, design, and implementation of the Iowa Youth Survey (IYS). The IYS is a periodic survey of Iowa youth in grades 6th, 8th and 11th. The IYS has been administered since 1999, and there have been a number of revisions in the questionnaire content and analysis approaches over the years.
