Abstract
This report provides a summary of the activities and achievements of the Iowa Immunization Program and Iowa health care providers during 2015. It also serves as an annual informational resource for stakeholders, local partners, policy makers and the general public. Iowa-specific immunization coverage rates, funding sources, and program-specific data appear in tables and maps throughout the report. These tables and maps demonstrate not only immunization coverage levels, but also collaboration and work being done at the local level by public and private health care providers.
