Abstract
This report reflects on the accomplishments and work the department achieved in fiscal year 2021, as well as the goals set for fiscal year 2022. The department has and will continue to embrace technological advances to maximize efficiency through case management systems, DIA’s website, and databases. DIA is also focusing on our survey and inspection numbers in order to ensure health and safety for Iowans.
