Abstract
The goals of this research project for the Iowa State Traveling Library are: to prove operations feasibility of a unified system of library automation, to prove the essential economy of a unified system of library automation, to prove increased state-wide availability and accessibility to information, and to provide a workable program of shared responsibilities in the acquisition of materials.
