Abstract
In accordance with 2000 IOWA ACTS Chapter 1223 (5)(5), the State Library of Iowa submits this report on the uses and impact of state funding provided to Iowa libraries through the Enrich Iowa Program. The Enrich Iowa program improves library services in Iowa. It gives Iowans access to all of our state's library resources and continues a longstanding tradition of public/private partnerships among all types of libraries in Iowa.
