Abstract
This report serves as the annual update under Iowa Code 256F.10 subsection 2 for the 2020-2021 school year for the charter schools authorized under Iowa Code 256F and Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 68. This authority was modified with the passage of House File (HF) 813, Charter School Programs, effective July 1, 2021. While no new charter schools will be authorized under Iowa Code 256F, the state board is required to submit this report to the general assembly for the remaining charter schools.
