Abstract
Lowell Walter, a wealthy Iowa businessman, died August 1981, he and his wife Agnes, left Cedar Rock, their dream home, to the people of Iowa. The impressive home, which sits on a limestone bluff overlooking a bend in the Wapsipinicon River near Quasqueton in Buchanan County, was designed by the famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
