Abstract
Report on a review of the Central Procurement Enterprise (CPE) of the Iowa Department of Administrative Services. Procurement authority is limited to State of Iowa employees who have completed appropriate training in preparation to conduct procurement actions within the boundaries defined here. DAS-CPB has developed a professional development plan required for all State of Iowa employees designated to make purchases on behalf of the State.
