Abstract
Combining these related reports and generating one comprehensive report for clarity, completeness, and efficiency. This approach to delivering on our reporting requirements has proved useful to the legislature, state agencies, citizens, and other interested parties. Unless otherwise noted, this report addresses activities from January 2016 through December 2016 with the exception of the appendices which are applicable to FY16.
