Abstract
The Iowa Natural Resource Commission (NRC) respectfully submits its Annual Report to the Governor and General Assembly of Iowa. The report represents the major activities and accomplishments under the purview of the NRC for 2018 and includes the commission’s recommendations for policy and legislative changes for 2020.
