Abstract
The State of Iowa Five-Year Consolidated Plan (“Consolidated Plan”) is mandated by federal law and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order for the state to receive federal funding for affordable housing and community development initiatives benefiting primarily low- and moderate-income persons.
