Abstract
Iowa Dental Board was given the authority to issue guidelines governing the safe transition back to practice by Governor Reynolds in a Proclamation of Disaster Emergency. These guidelines must be followed in order to provide dental services as of the effective date listed above. These guidelines constitute minimum requirements. When the word “should” is used, the guideline is recommended, but not mandatory.
