Abstract
In March 2010, former Wildlife Diversity Program (WDP) Coordinator, Doug Harr, provided an update to Wildlife Bureau staff of the status of the Bird Conservation Area (BCA) program, how the program began, where it might be going, and then requested input from staff about the program.
