Abstract
Ability to pay for college has consistently ranked as one of the most significant considerations for entering freshmen when making college attendance decisions. In today's environment, students who choose to attend a Regent university can benefit both from reasonably priced tuition and from a financial aid package which combines scholarships/grants, student employment, and loans for those who have demonstrated financial need. The purpose of this annual governance report is to inform the Board about sources and levels of financial assistance that are available to students who choose to attend the Regent universities. This information can be used as a productivity measure and for policy development by the board.
