Abstract
The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission (ITTC) is required by Executive Order #9 to prepare a regulatory plan listing each regulatory action or potential rule currently under active consideration or development within the ITTC, excluding those rules that do not have a substantial impact on the legal rights, privileges, or duties of persons that the ITTC reasonably expects to issue in proposed or final form for Fiscal Year 2002 and annually thereafter. A regulatory plan was submitted on August 1, 2001 and annually thereafter, to the Administrative Rules Coordinator and posted by that date on the Iowa Communications Network’s (ICN) website.
