Abstract
This Facilities Governance Report, which is required by the Regent Policy Manual, replaces the previous governance reports on energy conservation, fire and environmental safety, and deferred maintenance. This combined, more comprehensive report provides a means to discuss, in total, Regent facilities. Along with its human resources and its intellectual, financial and equipment assets, facilities are one of the primary resources of an educational institution.
