Abstract
In January 2016 the Air Quality Bureau began gathering input to develop new electronic permitting tools. The goal is to further streamline services and reduce costs for industry and government by using shareable components. Phase 1 of the project consisted of requirements gathering, which was completed in July. Moving forward to Phase 2, the DNR will issue a Request for Proposal later this summer for qualified vendors to submit bids.
