Abstract
The purpose of this packet is to ensure that interns experience a welcoming environment that fosters learning in their desired field of study. This packet will also be designed to help companies to exhibit the community that surrounds their facilities. When companies hire interns it may be for the purpose of eventually hiring that individual full time.
