Abstract
These rules apply to the provision of education to children requiring special education between birth and the age of 21, and to a maximum allowable age in accord with Iowa Code section 2568.8, who are enrolled or are to be enrolled in the public or nonpublic schools of this state or in state-operated education programs. In addition, they apply to children requiring special education and who are being educated at home because they are receiving early childhood special education home instruction or are receiving special education home service.
