Abstract
The purpose of these instructions is to provide for the use of by-product material in the State of Iowa radiological defense program in accordance with the requirements established by the Atomic Energy Commission. The State Radiological Advisory Committee will exercise strict control over and accountability for all by-product material in its possession.
