Abstract
CITIES, CONFLICT OF INTEREST, COUNTIES, INCOMPATIBILITY OF OFFICES:City police chief and member of county board of supervisors are not incompatible offices; however, conflicts of interest from such dual service are likely to arise requiring recusal.
