Abstract
In May 1976, in response to a general agreement that the four codesheets, that were prepared for the National Council on Crime and Delinquency's evaluation of community-based corrections in Des Moines and Polk County of the Fifth Judicial District (1972-1974), utilized for the statewide data system by the Iowa Bureau of Correctional Evaluation were in need of revision. This is the conclusion of the responses received.
