Abstract
At the request of the Town Council and several property owners, a survey of the waste treatment plant and receiving stream was made on October 24, 1963 to determine what deficiencies in treatment existed and to observe the pollutional aspect of Deck's Hollow Creek, a tributary to the Des Moines River.
