Abstract
Raw groundwater from 94 municipal wells were sampled between October 1, 2016, and February 5, 2017. Samples were analyzed for nitrate, ammonia, chloride, total dissolved solids, total coliforms, E. coli, and a suite of 11 viruses and 3 bacterial pathogens. In addition, two springs in NE Iowa were monitored continuously for nitrate.
