Principal duties: Preparation of the annual report, quarterly newsletter,
and special-purpose publications; program planning in the area of affirmative
action; public information officer for informational requests; development
and maintenance of the commission library of resource materials; preparation
of background or back-up information for use by the commissioners and staff
members in compliance and public relations activities. Reports to executive
director.
E.E.O.C. PROJECT DIRECTOR - Nancy A. Bragg

Principal duties: General administration of the project; preparation of
monthly progress reports and quarterly financial reports to be sent to the
E.E.O.C.; compilation of manpower resources surveys and of background data
on companies selected for review; preparation of questionnaires, commission
charges, and conciliation agreements; investigation of total employment
policies and practices of "target" companies; assistance in coordination
with other state agencies to provide equal opportunity in state contracts.
