FINAL DECISION AND ORDER

The Iowa Civil Rights Commission has received and reviewed the Proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Recommended Decision and order of Hearing Officer lone G. Shadduck dated July 27, 1987.

On August 28, 1987, the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, at its regularly scheduled meeting adopted the Hearing Officer's Proposed Decision as its own Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Decision and Order.
